LearnIn’s consideration for marginalized and vulnerable learners will be addressed at all levels:
While LearnIn does not directly address access for learners without connectivity, many other UNICEF initiatives do. For example, countries are providing devices to families, mobilizing volunteer support, and facilitating free access to data and internet services. LearnIn will encourage teachers and policymakers to connect with and benefit from those existing initiatives.
