Every registered user can create wiki pages. How can you do that?
Please look at the screenshots to get advise how to create a new article and what tagging / media options you have.
To get an overview of all profile pages, you can either search by tags (the link provides all pages with the tags "community" and "profiles") or you can browse the pages by clicking on "Browse" and choosing the folder "community".

On the right top corner you can add a page in the section /community/. Add the url of you page as user/first-secondname/
Then choose one of three editors. Visual = easy and limited, Markdown need some more understanding but is well documented or code that gives you the must freedom. Up until now one can not switch the type afterwards. You then only can delete the page and create a new one.
Then you can name your page, tag it etc. Closing the window will open the editor window.
